Making HR Software Feel Human
Pentos, a consulting company specializing in expertise and technology, commissioned Itsanashow Studio to create an explainer video for their HR digital platform, the Learning Management Efficiency Suite (LMES). The platform helps companies organize and streamline workforce training programs. The challenge was to communicate a complex software product in a way that felt concise, relatable, and genuinely engaging.
THE CHALLENGE
Enterprise software is rarely exciting to watch. The brief pushed us to change that, presenting Pentos LMES not as a tool, but as a journey, one that different people within an organization would experience in different ways.
THE SOLUTION
We structured the narrative around three distinct character types: employees, management, and administration. Each brings their own pain points and goals to the story, allowing viewers to see themselves in the platform's workflow and understand its value from their own perspective.
The visual language was built to match the tone: fluid, organic animation with playful and friendly illustrations that keep the content moving at pace without losing clarity. A clear, fast-paced script ensures the message lands quickly, while the animation world frames the software as something worth exploring rather than something to endure.
