We built the narrative around Joyce, an HR Partner, following her journey through the platform's features and showing how CxHR transforms the everyday experience of HR management. From resource allocation and onboarding to team wellbeing, every feature is presented through her perspective, making the platform's value immediately relatable.
The visual language is warm and inviting: a soft, appealing color palette, clean character design, and fluid, dynamic motion that keeps the narrative moving at a natural pace. The animation style balances playfulness with clarity, ensuring the platform's complexity never gets in the way of the story. The result is an explainer that feels less like a product demo and more like a journey worth taking.
